Good question. I plan on bo...Nice to hear from you! Good question. I plan on boiling the sweet potatoes whole, but not for very long--just enough to get them soft enough to peel and slice. I also plan on slicing them as thin as possible so they'll cook through. I'm afraid if I peel and slice them before cooking they will just fall apart, but I'm not sure. Hope it turns out well...and you can tell everyone it's Grandma R's recipe! Tell everyone I said hello!
